Free NDIS invoice calculator
Turn one shift into a clear estimate.
Enter the actual time and your agreed amounts. The calculator separates support, travel time and vehicle costs so you can review each line.
This estimate does not decide whether travel, transport or another item can be claimed.
What the calculator does
One transparent calculation, with no hidden assumptions.
Support equals billable shift hours multiplied by the agreed hourly rate. Travel time is calculated separately at the entered hourly rate. Vehicle cost equals the entered kilometres multiplied by the agreed per-kilometre amount.
Do not add a travel line just because kilometres were recorded. First check the support item, agreement and current pricing rules. Use the claim rules checker to work through the conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Does this create an NDIS invoice?
It creates a printable estimate of potential line amounts. It does not create a tax invoice, submit a payment request or confirm that the amounts can be claimed.
What happens if the shift crosses midnight?
The calculator treats an end time earlier than the start time as the following day. Split the shift where different support items or time-of-day prices apply.
Should I always use the catalogue maximum?
No. Enter the rate agreed with the participant. A catalogue price limit is not automatically your price.
