Does SoloDocket submit claims to the NDIS?
No. SoloDocket prepares the support record and invoice. You choose who receives it and how it is sent.
Does it replace Xero?
No. You can invoice in SoloDocket, or export the contact and invoice line items ready for Xero.
Can I confirm several shifts together?
Yes. You can confirm each shift when it finishes, or review the completed shifts together at the end of the week.
What location does SoloDocket save?
With your permission, SoloDocket can save one location point when you clock in or out. It does not track you in the background.
Can I use it without reception?
Yes. The core shift flow saves on your device and syncs when the connection returns.
